Cash Back / Loyalty Rewards
- Starting from November 2018, we substitute from loyalty points to direct cash back through e-wallet.
- Cashback will be auto deduct from the basket during checkout if available.
- We deliver to most locations in Klang Valley. Please enter the postcode in shopping cart’s basket to get delivery charges.
- Same day delivery is for orders received before 2pm. Order receive after 2pm, delivery is on best effort basis. Customer will be notified if Bloem Design could not meet the request.
- We are closed on Sunday. Hence, orders received on Saturdays, after 1.00pm, or on Sundays, will be made the following Monday unless specified.

- During peak season(e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Hari Raya, Christmas and Chinese New Year), we will try our best to accommodate to your special time request.
- All orders are delivered to the intended address and location but not guarantee to the named recipient personally. E.g. recipient was out of office, our delivery team will leave it to his/her colleague in the office or receptionist.
- Bloem Design will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.
- Due to the availability of materials(e.g. basket, container, papers, etc) and freshness of flowers, Bloem Design will substitute materials/flowers with similar or more value while maintaining the quality if required. Customer will be notified of any changes.
- Any complaint about the quality of delivered products must be made within 24 hours of delivery accompanied by photos. This is to help Bloem Design in the investigation of the complaint.
- No refund will be given if complaints receive after 24 hours.
- All information provided to Bloem Design through all channels will be only used for the sole propose of the orders. Bloem Design will not transfer the personal details or information to any other party without the customer’s consent.
