When do we deliver?
- Same day delivery is for orders received before 2pm. Order receive after 2pm, delivery is on best effort basis. So, kindly Whatsapp (bottom right button) to confirm.
- Delivery on Sunday is on case by case basis, please whatsapp us to enquiry.
- For special deliveries( e.g. Sunday, public holiday) please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp +(60) 18 281 4268.
- During peak season(e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc), specific time delivery will be on best-effort basis.
Our delivery practices
- All orders are delivered to the intended address and location but not guarantee to the named recipient personally. Such as when recipient was out of office, our delivery team will leave it to his/her colleague in the office or receptionist. However, any actions will be informed to customers.
- Additional delivery charges applied if needed to redeliver the item.
- Bloem Design will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.
- Also, we reserved the right to refuse delivery before payment made.
